Our goal is to close all loans within 45 days of receiving a client’s application and counseling certificate—and we’ll make every effort to close it even sooner.

We’ll be in touch with your client at least once a week with a status update on their loan.

At any point in the process, if an issue arises or things don’t go according to plan, we’ll respond quickly to offer solutions.
