Peter Sciandra serves as Vice President, Products and Strategic Accounts for Longbridge Financial, LLC. He has over 25 years of experience in the Mortgage Banking industry with an extensive background in the areas of Sales Management, Capital Markets, and Product Development. He began his Mortgage Banking career as a VP, Whole Loan Trader and then moved to M&T Bank, where he served as Administrative VP, responsible for Capital Markets and several operational areas. He then accepted a role as VP, Manager of Product Development at GE Mortgage Insurance where he was responsible for all aspects of developing and managing new mortgage insurance products as well as managing the Captive Reinsurance business. He then joined First Horizon Home Loans and served as Sr. VP, Product Development and Investor Relations. While in that capacity, he formed the Reverse Mortgage Division at First Horizon and was responsible for its management and growth. Once MetLife Bank acquired First Horizon, Sciandra moved into a new role as Director, Western Wholesale for Reverse Mortgages. When MetLife exited the Mortgage business, Sciandra remained in Sales Management and moved to Security One Lending where he was a Sr. VP, responsible for their Wholesale Division. He remained in that capacity when Security One was initially purchased by RMS. Since joining Longbridge Financial, LLC he has been responsible for the growth and management of the Wholesale Channel and has been instrumental in helping Longbridge to become further established as a Wholesale Market Leader.
Adrian Prieto, is a Reverse mortgage industry veteran who has joined Longbridge Financial as its new assistant vice president and wholesale lending sales leader. In his new position, Prieto will lead the Longbridge account executive and partner liaison team to focus on wholesale business growth, with a particular focus on the broker channel. With a career in wholesale and retail management spanning two decades, Prieto has spent most of the past 16 years in the reverse mortgage industry. His management experience in the space includes time at lenders including Financial Freedom, Senior Funding, American Advisors Group (AAG) and Liberty Home Equity Solutions. He most recently served in the reverse wholesale and retail branching division of HighTechLending. Adrian finds Longbridge's growing position in the reverse mortgage industry promising and looks forward to building on the company's successes.
Robert has been in the reverse mortgage industry for nearly seven years. He originally started on the operations side of the business at Security One Lending before transitioning to a wholesale sales position. In his new role as Strategic Products Manager, Rob will work directly with clients to assist in the implementation of operational process flows and development of growth plans for the Platinum Program. He played an integral role in the growth and management of the wholesale channel at Security One Lending. He went on to serve as a sales leader at RMS, managing a sales team and developing key partnerships in the broker, principal-agent, and closed-loan seller channels working closely with clients and all internal departments from intake through post-closing.
Robert graduated from the University of San Diego with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. He went on to receive his J.D. from California Western School of Law before working in law and local and state government prior to his mortgage career. As a San Diego native, Robert enjoys long-distance running, golf, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Bob Garczewski is a National Account Executive for Longbridge Financial. Prior to joining Longbridge he was the Vice-President and Divisional Sales Leader for FirstBank’s Reverse Mortgage division, where he led all sales for their retail, consumer direct and wholesale divisions. He was responsible for building FirstBank’s wholesale reverse mortgage division and contributed to record production years in 2016 & 2017 for the bank. He has over 15 years of experience in the reverse mortgage business, primarily as a Relationship Manager and Account Executive, with some of the largest reverse mortgage lenders including Financial Freedom, MetLife and Liberty Home Equity. Prior to the reverse mortgage business, Bob was in the investment and insurance world, working for Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments and OneAmerica Securities. As a result of this background, he brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience in the world of lead generation, relationship and needs-based selling to the reverse mortgage business.
Geoffrey's mortgage career began in 2004 as a forward loan originator. After a few years, Geoff transitioned to the Wholesale side of the business as an Account Executive specializing in home equity loans.
Following the market shift in 2008, Geoffrey moved into the Reverse Space as an originator with Wells Fargo. After successfully building his retail business he moved to MetLife, quickly establishing himself as one of the top retail consultants in the nation.
In 2015 Geoffrey switched gears and moved over to the wholesale channel. In his role as an Account Executive at Longbridge Financial, LLC, Geoffrey leverages his extensive knowledge and experience to help his partners expand their reverse mortgage business.
In his spare time, Geoff is an avid fan of live music, having seen hundreds of concerts all over the country. He also enjoys golf, skiing and spending time at the lake swimming and boating.
Jonathan Maiolatesi joined Longbridge Financial as an Account Executive. Jon previously worked as a Senior Vice President in the Reverse Mortgage Industry with both 1st Nation’s Reverse and Success Mortgage Partners Reverse Divisions. At both companies, he managed and supported the Wholesale reverse mortgage team as well as the retail production team. He has over 16 years of experience in the reverse mortgage industry and holds a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) designation from the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA). Jon can help you grow your reverse mortgage business in a profitable manner. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Advertising. Jon and his wife of 17 years have three children. The family enjoys participating in youth sports, the outdoors, and travel. NMLS #131861
Cesar Flores serves as an Account Executive for Longbridge Financial. A Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP), Cesar brings nearly 15 years of industry expertise across various processing, management, and reverse underwriting roles. Most recently, Cesar served as a Lender Support Specialist at Reverse Mortgage Funding where he transitioned into the sales arena, addressing complex loan level issues, partner training and loan pricing. His strong background in operations and sales provides him with a well-rounded and unique skill set that helps partners who are both new to reverse mortgages as well as seasoned industry veterans.
Cesar lives with his wife and two beautiful daughters on Long Island, NY. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time at the beach, partaking in family game nights, and cheering on the New York Mets.
Bruce T. Ramirez serves as an Account Executive for Longbridge Financial. He brings nearly a decade of experience in the Reverse Mortgage industry having held various roles across sales and management with AAG and Liberty Home Equity Solutions.
Prior to his career in reverse mortgages, Bruce held a private healthcare practice as a Chiropractor for 15 years. A Palmer University graduate and Northern California native, Bruce and his wife of 28 years have two adult children. Outside of the office, Bruce leads an exciting, active lifestyle – catching (and releasing) rattlesnakes, snow skiing, and playing and coaching soccer. He looks forward to his annual trip up the San Gabriel Mountains where he bungee jumps off the legendary Bridge to Nowhere.
Operations & Sales Support
Valerie has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years in nearly every area of Operations. Her primary role has been as an FHA DE Underwriter for the last 23 years and the last 10 years with specific focus on Reverse Mortgages. Before joining Longbridge Financial, Valerie served leadership roles at Nationwide Equities where she served as the Operations Manager for Forward & Reverse, troubleshooting and problem solving with TPO partners. Valerie also helped start MetLife Bank’s reverse mortgage underwriting division by obtaining the company’s HECM Unconditional Direct Endorsement approval from FHA. She also was an underwriter for retail and wholesale business channels and ran MetLife Bank’s Reverse Mortgage Wholesale Credit Help Desk.
Kristen Trum is a Partner Liaison who works with our Valued Partners to provide superior lender support and helps keep things within the Wholesale Sales department running smoothly. After spending over a decade working in Operations, Kristen understands both the Sales and Operations side of the process, allowing her to provide a better customer service experience.
Kristen holds a BA in Interior Architecture from Marywood University. She currently lives outside of Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband. Her hobbies include reading, traveling/exploring and spending time with family.
Robyn Osborn brings with her a strong background in Traditional and Reverse Mortgages. She’s worn a lot of hats in the industry as a Processor, Licensed Loan Partner, and Loan Originator. Robyn most recently worked in Operations and Sales as a Licensed Loan Partner and Reverse Mortgage Processor. She also has in-depth experience working with production home builders and HECM for Purchase (H4P) loans.
Robyn prides herself on her ability to problem solve and find creative solutions. She’s attentive, nurturing, accountable, and devoted. Robyn is very passionate about providing our partners with the knowledge they need to be successful in Reverse Vision, understanding complex guidelines, and helping to financially assess your clients.
Robyn grew up in Southern California and enjoys biking, painting, and spending time with her dogs.
Shayna Gillum began her career in the reverse mortgage business in 2018, in the operations department at Longbridge Financial. In September of 2019, she transitioned over to her role as Junior Partner Support Specialist in the Wholesale Sales department.
Shayna has a BS in Business and a minor in Sport Management. She currently lives in New Jersey with her Fiancé and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading & spending time with her family. She is also a die-hard Boston sports fan, being from Massachusetts.
