Laura Lovelace-Pearce brings over 20 years of experience in education and leadership to her work as a Reverse Mortgage Consultant. She began her career as a middle school English teacher and later served as an Assistant Principal with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where she developed strong communication skills and a passion for guiding families through important decisions. Today, she uses that experience to educate her clients and help seniors and their families feel confident about their home equity financial options in retirement.
Laura lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her spouse of 14 years and their three children, including 12-year-old twin boys and a baby girl. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Charlotte FC, traveling for youth soccer tournaments, and exploring local art scenes with her family.
