The article, Rising to the Top: Female Reverse Mortgage Executives Discuss Their Careers and Offer Advice for Other Women, focuses on the increasing presence of women in leadership positions in the reverse mortgage industry. Interviews with multiple prominent female executives highlight the industry’s flexibility but recognize the need for further improvement in attracting and promoting women in the industry.
