We’re proud to share that Longbridge Financial Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer Melissa Macerato has been named a 2026 HousingWire Woman of Influence. The annual award recognizes women across the country who are making a meaningful impact on the mortgage and real estate industries through their leadership, innovation, and achievements.
Melissa has played a key role in some of our biggest milestones, helping drive the growth of both our business and the products we bring to market. Most notably, she helped lead the launch and expansion of HELOC For Seniors®, the nation’s first home equity line of credit designed specifically for homeowners age 62 and older. She also continues to lead the sales and marketing strategy behind our proprietary Platinum reverse mortgage, contributing to a record-breaking first quarter in 2026, with reverse mortgage originations surpassing $500 million.
For Melissa, though, the work is about much more than numbers.
“I’m grateful to HousingWire for this recognition, and I share it with the teams at Longbridge who make this work possible every day,” she said. “We have a long way to go in terms of what this industry can do for older homeowners, and that’s what keeps me focused. I’m excited about what’s to come.”
Her passion for expanding financial solutions for older homeowners continues to shape Longbridge’s vision and drive innovation across the organization.
We’re thrilled to see Melissa recognized for her leadership and the impact she’s making — not only at Longbridge, but across the mortgage industry.
Congratulations, Melissa, on this well-deserved honor!
